Summary: The article proposes a new approach to the definition of the concepts of «physical culture» of man. It is argued that the teaching and formation of «physical culture» in students should be seen as mastering the technology of strengthening personal health and improving the Human potential of the country. The innovative concept and methodology of digital assessment of physical culture and physical fitness of the person are offered. This concept highlights 5 major components, where each of them has a certain weight in the integrated assessment of human FC.
