Summary: The article discusses the content of regional budget and fiscal policy on the Moscow case. The features of the formation and implementation of regional budget policy are revealed. Also the main directions of Moscow’s budget policy for 2019 and for the planned period 2020 and 2021 are presented. Problems of the implemented budget policy are identified and recommendations for its improvement are proposed |
